Rihanna on the Red Carpet at the American Music Awards. She is a beautiful girl, the make-up was flawless, and the top half of the dress was beautiful. The color and the ruffles complemented her complexion, but that bottom half..... I don't really understand it.

I beg to differ, the whole outfit was soft, feminine, just lovely! That yellow was beautiful on her complexion. She couldn't walk well in the Louboutins but its ok :)
